Ingredients:
2 6 ounce cans of tuna, drained
2 cups of elbow macaroni, cooked just enough to soften
1 cup of mixed vegetables
1 9 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
1 9 ounce can worth of water
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup shredded cheesed, cheddar
Salt, pepper
Directions:
Boil macaroni long enough so that it begins to soften. Mix soup and water together in a 11 x 8 baking dish. Stir in macaroni. Add tuna. Add vegetables. Use salt and pepper to season as desired. Mix together well. Sprinkle bread crumbs along the top, and cheese on top of the bread crumbs. Cover with foil. Bake for 35 – 45 minutes at 375.

That sounds so good! I usually use cream of mushroom when I make casseroles. I haven’t made a casserole in ages – I think I just may have to make one this week.
