Mortgages. Either you have one, you want one, or you don’t want one. But whichever the case, we have all heard of mortgages, and we have all heard of Mortgage Rates. They go up. They go down. Once in a while they’ll stay the same for a while.

As of March 8th, 2007 we have had Home loan mortgages for our new home, which we moved into a month ago.

Mortgages change all the time, and their availability and interest rate can change from time to time, state to state, even city to city! My mortgage isn’t too bad. Even with really bad credit (my husband) and little credit (myself), our Pennsylvania mortgage is affordable, and there is always the option to refinance.
