My son, Ryan, is turning a year old on July 26th. We plan on using the same theme we’ve been using for his room and a lot of his clothes since birth: Classic Pooh. I love Classic Pooh. My mom is endlessly amused by this, because while she decorated my room in Winnie the Pooh when I was young, I grew up rolling my eyes at Pooh. Yet I have a baby boy and suddenly fall back in love with Pooh, especially the Classic line.
So, we’re doing Classic Pooh. So far I have sent out Classic Pooh invitations, and I have Classic Pooh plates, stickers and confetti, and a Classic Pooh edible cake topping on the way (thank you eBay). Classic Pooh party decor is a little hard to find, as it was apparently discontinued a while back, so it’s a matter of finding back stocked and privately owned stuff for purchase. This isn’t as easy as I thought it was, nor is it as cheap as I would prefer. But I love Classic Pooh, so I do what I can.
