My son is nearing a year of age, and I can’t help but to feel sad at the thought of him growing up. Don’t get me wrong – I’m looking forward to him growing and learning, and some day becoming a wonderful man. But I’m going to miss him being a baby. He’s my last baby (unless we have a surprise), so it’s hard to let go.
I FreeCycled a bunch of his baby things over the weekend, including his car seat and two bases. That car seat was the hardest to let go of. I couldn’t help it… we brought Alyssa home in that car seat, and then Ryan.
What was the most difficult baby thing for you to get rid of?
