What about other parents, kids, etc., irks you?
In no particular order or priority…
Dora the Explorer. Call me a bigot or racist or whatever, but I am not encouraging my children to learn Spanish. This is an English speaking country, and that’s that.
Bikinis, mini-skirts, halter tops, thongs… for little girls. I’ll have enough trouble with keeping my daughter from dressing like a strumpet when she’s fifteen. I’m not going to make things worse by voluntarily dressing her as one when she is a toddler!
The fanatical parents. I met one the other day… she boycotts Nick, Jr., Disney and PBS. To that mother: you can’t shelter them forever!
The super crunchy parents. Eight year olds do NOT need to be breastfed!

Holy Roll On The Floor I can’t believe someone besides my husband uses the word strumpet! Sydney loves Dora, well off and on because she’s fickle, but I’m not really encouraging Spanish either. Although I realized yesterday that I’m becoming a minority when I go grocery shopping.
