I can’t understand how parents can actually parent their children if they are under the influence of drugs. To those parents, please, hear my plea: accept that you have a problem. Chances are you cannot beat it alone. But do not be ashamed. Drugs are very powerful, and many, MANY people fall under their addictive spell. Instead of denying, or burying your head in the sand and hoping you can beat your habit yourself, look into drug rehabs to see how they can help you.
