This last month has been a very busy one. I have had a lot of freelance writing projects that have been taking up most of my free time. However, I’m not complaining, as the income I now have thanks to those writing projects is enabling us to do a lot of things, both for the kids and ourselves.
My son, Ryan, turned a year old on July 26th, 2007. We had a birthday party for him. My family came, my husband’s family came, and in addition my online friend Danielle and her husband Matt attended as well!
Ryan is finally walking! He has been cruising since mid-June, and began taking unassisted steps a few days after his birthday. And here we are, nearing the end of August, and he’s walking like he came out of the womb knowing how!
Alyssa, my daughter, will be turning three at the end of October. We’ll be holding a grand birthday party for her as well! We will be inviting everybody that came for Ryan’s party, and I am also hoping that another friend of mine, Lisa, can attend.
Well, that about wraps up what is going on here! The kids are constantly underfoot or in two different directions, Alyssa is entering the terrible two’s that really start around the age of three, and I am quite busy!
