“Had a 20 person party booked in advance and we confirmed the day and time twice (shouldn’t that be the other way around, they should have been reminding us!). The limo didn’t show at the time we booked it for even after the reminder calls. We called and they said “we don’t have anything booked”. REALLY!?!
After 3 hours and many phone calls asking “where are you?”, the limo arrived. By it showing up 3 hours late, it cut the day we had planed in half and we had to rush through all of our activities we had planned for the group which totally messed up our plans. The worst part, when the limo arrived, the driver couldn’t get the door to open. It took about 15 minutes for him to get the door open which was pretty embarrassing for him I’d imagine considering they dropped the ball so hard, then couldn’t open a door.”
