I have often thought about writing a book. Go ahead and laugh, but it’s true! I have been an avid and voracious reader of romance novels since I was about eight years old, when I started to sneak off at my grandmother’s house and read hers. In my teens, I wrote a few lengthy (think 30+ pages in Microsoft Word, single spaced 10pt font!) dramatic/romantic stories. I didn’t publish them past a few online websites.
Now that I’m older, perhaps I should really look into some Book Publishers? authorhouse.com is a leading self-publishing company that has been around for ten years. I like the idea of using such a site as a way to publish a book, since there are plenty of author advocates there to guide me along the way.
