After some hemming and hawing and panic over costumes selling out, we settled on the following princess costume for Alyssa:

Pre-party doings are in full swing. I just finished steam cleaning the living room carpet for a third time. Both bathrooms are scrubbed. All bedrooms have been straightened up and vacuumed.
