A friend requested I make him pancakes last night. I said sure, but I would need sour cream – 16 ounces worth. Well, he brought me two pounds worth instead. So, yeah… I now have loads of sour cream, and need to use it before it goes bad. Aside from more pancakes, baked potatoes, nachos and the like, what else can I use sour cream in or on?
