It has been quite a while since we captured a half decent photo of all four of us together…
We went to the park today. It was a gorgeous day, and we had the park to ourselves. The kids had a blast running around, swinging, sliding, and playing in the leaves, and Dan and I had fun with my camera, and with chasing after the kids. Today was nice, because a week ago I never would have thought Dan would have even been home today. His camping/hunting trip with his family was supposed to be from Saturday to Thursday. Imagine my shock when Dan comes strolling in around 5pm on Tuesday afternoon. To say that Alyssa, Ryan and I were pleasantly surprised is an understatement!
Another understatement: I love my family!
