My accuweather plugin for Firefox is screeching every little bit about the winter weather advisory for tonight. Apparently a storm is rolling through, and we’re supposed to get 1 – 4 inches of snow throughout the night, and freezing rain and sleet (is there a difference between the two?) that will turn to rain by mid morning. You would think the blizzard of the century is about to touch down, with the way people are clearing out the shelves at the grocery store!
Anyway, despite it being very, VERY cold today, Alyssa and I bundled up and went to the Strasburg Railroad. I haven’t been there for a long time – it’s probably been eight years or more! But, things haven’t changed. Big trains, lots of hustle and bustle, tons of tourists exclaiming over the sights and sounds and Thomas the Tank Engine and, of course, the Amish and their horses and buggies and farms.
Pictures!
