Well, I care. But I’m not as up-in-arms freaking out concerned as I was before. Ryan is SO picky with vegetables. He is picky with fruit too. The only fruit I can get him to eat is applesauce – either plain applesauce, or applesauce that is mixed with other blended fruits, such as peaches, blueberries or strawberries.

But vegetables? Forget it. It’s like pulling teeth to get him to swallow one lonely little green bean.

Anyway, problem solved! I will continue to offer and encourage vegetables at lunch and dinner and fruit as a snack at breakfast or lunch, or sometime in between, but I’m making sure he gets his daily nutritional requirements with the use of two different brands of juices that each have one serving of vegetables per eight ounces – Nestle’s Juicy Juice Harvest Blends, and V8′s Fusion. I’m also using liquid multi-vitamins and adding a dropperful (one dose) to his morning cup of vegetable laden juice.

    Creative, think-outside-the-box mommies FTW! :)
