Something I’ve wondered

A lot of the longevity commercials that come on at night amuse me. One thing that I’ve always wondered is if these products and services are so good as claimed, and are so like miracle workers, than why aren’t they advertised on daytime television? Why are they only shown under the cover of darkness?
I’ll tell you why: a commercial spot at 4:30am is a hell of a lot cheaper than one at 3pm. These companies are often bogus, which is why they can’t afford to be seen by the light of day.

While I don’t doubt that is part of the reason, most stations only allow certain content on at night and these commercials are it.

I’ve heard a lot of funny stories about said products working too well, though
