Friday
Decide who is doing what and where and when for Easter. Coordinating travel arrangements. Make a shopping list so we have food for Easter dinner, and supplies for the Easter egg hunt.
Saturday
Hit up the gas station and the mall and Target and the grocery store and a few places in between, for everything that’s needed for Easter and then some. Try to squeeze in lunch somewhere, and pick up something for dinner (pizza?).
Saturday night
Prep chicken. Prep potatoes. Bake cake. Bake egg shaped cupcakes. Decorate. Prepare Easter baskets and Easter eggs. Set aside time for three year old daughter to dye Easter eggs with Daddy. Catch up on reading? Heh.
Sunday
The get up get dressed grab coats and the diaper bag and head out to door drive to church enjoy service mingle pack up kids run home get changed run to the park hide eggs then drag kids over and have an Easter hunt then come home and get kids down for naps while the adults socialize and prepare Easter dinner. Sit down stuff yourself silly enjoy dessert run your grandfather back home and then call it a night.
WHEW.
