So what is Wilmington real estate like? I’m not sure, but I somehow doubt that it’s doing much better than Pennsylvania real estate. A prime example of that would be a road I drive along at least once every few days. Four years ago, when we drove along this road to reach a place we used to live in, about a dozen gorgeous single homes were built. Within the last three months five of them have been put up for sale. Considering that these homes are BEAUTIFUL, HUGE and the family dream home, and the crime rate is minimal and the area is beautiful and perfect and safe, it’s pretty easy and obvious to assume that the reason for the sale is foreclosure, or the risk of foreclosing.
According to several sources, foreclosure rates are at an all time high. It’s depressing. I can’t imagine risking losing everything you’ve worked so hard for.
