Birthday, Christmas

Alyssa turned four yesterday. We had planned for her birthday party to be on Sunday, but since nobody was able to come, we rescheduled for this Saturday. I can’t believe that we’ll no sooner have her party out of the way and it’ll be time to prepare for Thanksgiving and start doing the Christmas shopping. For the last two years we have been handling our holiday shopping by preparing a list and working on it throughout November and December. So far this year we don’t have a list together, but I did purchase a gift for my thirteen year old brother, and I have a few items in mind for my husband and my mother.

I definitely plan on trying to get the best deal on anything that I buy this year by checking prices online and looking over black friday ads. Black Friday is a great opportunity to score some incredible deals on many different products. Until now I have refused to follow all of the crazy frenzy involved with making it to stores early for the sales. I’m not running out this year, either. But I am going to check out iblackfriday.com, because it lets you buy the sale items directly from the website. Now that sounds like something worth checking out! So instead of running out to Target like a loon, I can sit at home and check out iblackfriday.com’s Target section and shop online. :D
