Happy Halloween everyone!
This weekend is definitely going to be a busy one for us. Tonight is Halloween, of course. Trick-or-Treat is scheduled (ugh, scheduled. When I was a kid we went out at dusk and came back whenever the last person stopped giving out candy. One year we were out until midnight!) from 6pm to 8pm. Dan is going to work after that, so I’ll be decorating for Alyssa’s fourth birthday party that we’re having tomorrow.
Alyssa’s party will be at 1pm. Danielle and Matt are coming, and most of the family members we invited will be able to come as well. Then we’re going to try to do Olive Garden later on Saturday. On Sunday, I’m going with my mom to see my thirteen year old brother, and then Dan and I will be going to the bar on Sunday night.
Ahh, busy weekends… gotta love ‘em!

A lot of places (where I live in fact) have actual RULES regarding trick or treating. Such as – 6pm -8pm ONLY, houses who are giving out candy must have a porch light on, etc. When I first moved here I was in shock – I’d always just gone from dusk until I got too tired to go or we’d covered the whole neighborhood. LOL
