I don’t need a diet pill, I don’t need a diet. What I need right now is a lifestyle change. Presently, my biggest issue is skipping breakfast (by the time I run around taking care of the kids, cats and dog, I’ve lost my appetite and am eager to move on with the day), and getting hungry later at night (like right now; I’m fighting off a SERIOUS craving for chocolate).
What do you moms do to stay in shape and avoid the late night munchies when there’s work to be done?
