My husband and I are consider calling for some insurance quotes on a vasectomy. While I did have a tubal ligation done right after I had my son two and a half years ago, spring clips were placed on my tubes, and the failure rate for those is a bit higher than other methods of tubal ligations, since the tubes themselves were not cut, burnt, tied or severed.

What is your preferred method of birth control? Is it working for you?
