We have exactly two weeks until Christmas. Are you ready? I know I’m not! We’re only about halfway done our Christmas shopping, and we need more wrapping paper and a few gift bags. We also need stocking holders and stockings! I was sick of the cheap, crappy stockings and holders that we’ve been using since December of 2004, and so this year I threw them out, insisting that we would get new stockings and holders. Well, that’s on the to-buy list that Dan and I will hopefully be taking care of this weekend.
You know, one of the best things about having a nice DSLR camera is the great holiday photos you can take with it! Who needs the hassle and expense of a portrait studio (and the aggravation of dragging an autistic toddler there and battling his inevitable meltdowns) when you can plop the kids in front of your own Christmas tree at your leisure, and snap away? The same certainly goes for cats — and dogs!

Target has a crap load of stockings still, but they’re all fancy and themed. I just want plain, solid red stockings, which apparently is not a very popular choice in stockings, since I can’t seem to find them anywhere!
You can find plain red stocking at Walgreens or CVS usually
I believe I saw them at one of those stores.

Oh too cute. The human kids and furry ones. So sweet. I’d much rather get one of those then the commercial ones at the shopping centres. And some of those ‘Santas’ are seriously young and/or creepy.
