Today a package arrived in the mail… for Alyssa! My friend/employer Cat sent her a Hello Kitty velour hoodie and a Hello Kitty ballerina tutu as a belated birthday present. Alyssa had been a bit whiny and out of sorts over not having a stuffed white tiger to add to her collection of stuffed orange tigers, but you better believe her eyes lit up and she was all smiles once she saw what was waiting for her on our kitchen table!
(I can’t tell you how much Alyssa loves Hello Kitty. I’m sure we’ll be doing yet another HK themed birthday party this year, complete with a HK cake and HK party favors!)
