Preschool was canceled on Friday on account of the snow. I don’t think it should have been canceled, because we got maybe two inches, and the roads were clear by 8:00am. I ran into an old high school friend of mine at the grocery store on Friday afternoon, and she agreed. Her son, who is in Alyssa’s class, was going just as stir-crazy as Alyssa and Ryan are.
It’s funny how quickly kids get into a routine… and how quickly I get into the routine along with them! The kids haven’t been going to preschool regularly for almost three weeks now, and the lack of structure for them is definitely rubbing off on the rest of us. I am definitely slacking on my work, articles on destin florida condo rentals, web design for a client, and my own things I’d like to do here and there, and it sucks. It especially sucks when it seems like you no sooner get back into a routine and BAM, a snow day.
So I just checked the local forecast, and there is no snow in the forecast this week, with the exception of a few flurries on Tuesday night. Here’s to hoping that the weather stays clear!
Name: Alyssa
Name: Ryan

This shows the affection of students nowadays towards their studies.I am proud of that child. It is very thoughtful of him to think in that direction.
