Alyssa has Show & Tell at her preschool. It used to be on Mondays, then it was switched to Wednesdays, then suddenly it was Monday or Wednesday or Friday, depending on the week. With it being all over the place, it was only a matter of time until Dan or I forgot about it one morning. And unfortunately for Dan and especially Alyssa, he’s the one that forgot a few weeks back. How do I know that he forgot? Well there’s no way that I could forget, seeing as how Alyssa reminds me of Daddy forgetting about Show & Tell at least once every other day.
Poor girl. Show & Tell definitely means a lot to her! This week Show & Tell was today, so I had Alyssa pick out the toy she wanted to take in on Tuesday night. And this morning, since I was out at a doctor’s appointment, I called Dan to remind him of Show & Tell. God forbid he should forget and the toy somehow not make it to preschool with Alyssa. The world would obviously end!
