I've been using body butter or intense moisture lotion when I get out of the shower. Plus I use my Proactive repairing lotion, but you could use any facial moisturizer. For the hands I use Vaseline's Intensive Care: Healthy Hand & Nail. I keep the hand lotion next to my computer (since thats where I am 90% of the time) and use it several times a day. Maybe keep a small bottle of hand lotion next to the sink? Or perhaps the moisturizing hand soap from like bath & body works (which is what my mother in law does) next to the sink. So when you are done washing dishes, wash your hands with that to both get the oils from dish washing off and the lotion into your hands :)
