Today is the second to last day of preschool. Ugh. To say I’m bummed is most definitely an understatement! Both Alyssa and Ryan LOVE their preschool, and it sucks that Wednesday is the last day. Fortunately Ryan will continue to attend his special education preschool, but Alyssa is SOL until kindergarten starts at the end of August. However, I know of at least two week-long vacation bible schools that will be happening in late June and early July, so between those and whatever else I can drum up (I think she’s a little young for summer camp; we’ll start that next year!), I’ll keep her as busy as I can. Plus there’s the pool, the oh-so-awesome POOL that opens on May 28th. You better believe that we’ll be there!!!
Anyway, Wednesday is the closing ceremony for preschool, and an outside picnic will follow. I’m already charging my camera batteries and Kodak Zi8 for the event. I can’t wait to see Alyssa and Ryan perform with their classes.
