I’m currently blogging from outside of a Panera Bread. It may be a little after 9:00pm, which means that they’re closed, but I’m out of their cafe, so they can’t say I’m taking up space at a table that they need to wipe off or sweep underneath.
Anyway, I can’t believe it’s Saturday night again. I say again because it seems like it was just last weekend, and I was lamenting to Dan that the kids only have two more days of preschool, and so we need to make the most of them. We did, I think, though Monday we both wound up sleeping in late, and then I wasted part of the afternoon debating the effectiveness of prenatal vitamins vs. regular vitamins; and on Wednesday we were at the preschool, since it was their last day. Whew! I need some Huntington Beach facials to go relax with.
Now the long summer is stretching ahead of us, with the only breaks being on Tuesdays and Thursdays, when Ryan is in school. I didn’t enroll Alyssa into any type of summer camp this summer because I honestly thought she was a little young for it, but now I’m wishing I had. Oh well… there are a few vacation bible schools that last for 3-5 days, so I think we’ll be taking advantage of every single one I can find, haha.
