Why might you want to keep tabs on EdenFantasys? Well, they’re obviously an adult store, and one whose primary selection of products is sex toys, but lately they have been branching out to offer a lot more. Check out the following highlights (items on my wishlist, hehe) to see just some of what they have available:

Who would have thought that an online adult retailer would carry everyday must-have items like shower gel, body scrub, lip gloss and makeup? In any case, they do, so you’ll want to get shopping ASAP – forget stuffing other stockings, make sure you stuff yours this holiday season!

Psst… I earned a free gift card to EdenFantasys by writing this blog post about them, and you can too! If you’re interested, send an email to ambassador@edenfantasys.com.

I am using two very awesome tools for my Christmas shopping this year: Google Docs and Pinterest. Dan and I are using Google Docs to keep track of who we need to buy for and what we have bought and are thinking of buying for them (we’re using a spreadsheet format), and I’m using Pinterest to put together a wishlist for me, and gift ideas for the kids (since Dan stalks me online I can’t put down my ideas for him, heh).

Some of the items on our spreadsheet and my Pinterest account include:

Feather headbands from The Lamp Stand (these are for my sisters-in-law)

Barbie Malibu Vacation House for Alyssa (she’s finally into Barbies, whoo!)

Train track sets for Ryan

Mario and Luigi K’nex set for my 13 year old brother

Several girly items for yours truly…

How are you managing your Christmas shopping?

For a couple of weeks now I’ve known about Target’s slowly-growing Christmas section in their seasonal, well, section. First it was just strings of Christmas lights – including hot pink and purple and red ones, which I think I want to get and put away for Valentine’s Day (clever, no?!). When I went back to Target two and a half weeks ago, there were Christmas cards. And when my husband and I went there a week and a half go, they had the larger outdoor lit displays – snowmen and trees and candy-canes and the like. And I noticed that some of the registers were receiving point of purchase display upgrades. I guess Target is anticipating a busy Christmas shopping season, and they want to make sure that their equipment is ready to handle the crush.

As for me, I’m slowly getting ready for Christmas. I have a Google spreadsheet put together, and I’ve already picked up a few toys for the kids. Oh, and I’ve had our Christmas cards ordered and ready to be filled out and put into envelopes for over a month now! Yay for early planning!

Two things my father and (maternal) grandfather shared was a love for coffee. They routinely sought out freshly made coffee from their own pots and brewers, from diners, from fast food restaurants, and from places like Dunkin’ Donuts and the like. For the last few Christmases and birthdays my grandfather celebrated prior to his death, I often gave him coffee-related items: a fancy coffee mug, a custom engraved bean sifter, accessories for his pricey coffee makers, etc. As far as my dad goes, I don’t see him that often, but I’m trying to change that. However, with his mental issues, he’s not making the task any easier, as he isn’t answering his phone or replying to any letters or cards I send – but I digress.

This holiday season, I’m definitely going to be exploring SeattleCoffeeGear.com for some coffee-giving options. The online store carries hundreds of coffee-related products, including everything from your basic coffee maker to fancy espresso makers; coffee grounds and beans (including Lavazza Coffee Beans, which I’ve heard a lot of good things about); and coffee accessories: filters, mugs, travel mugs, etc.

In case you want to get an early start on your holiday shopping, the site is offering 5% to 15% savings right now, so go take advantage of that. Happy shopping!

One annoying thing about shopping is when you pay for your stuff but forget to hand over coupons. Or, in the case of online purchases, you pay for your purchases without looking for a coupon code first. It’s understandable if you forget to check around for coupon codes, but thanks to dropdowndeals.com, you now have no excuse to not make sure there aren’t any coupons available for your order. Why? Well, the site offers a free browser-add on (yes, it works for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and even Google Chrome!) that will automatically search the internet for coupon codes for any shopping site you happen to be on. With coupons by dropdowndeals.com, there’s now no excuse to not go shopping and save money while doing so.

With that said, tell me: have you started your Christmas shopping yet? While I haven’t officially dived into my Christmas shopping list, there are a few odds and ends I’ve picked up for Alyssa and Ryan. I think Dan and I are going to start our Christmas shopping in earnest next month!

Summer has seemingly disappeared in the blink of an eye, to be replaced with weather that is too cool for summer, but not quite cool enough to be classified as fall weather. This week is a rainy one, with the daily temps not going above 70°, and the morning temperatures being cooler and more raw. And it’s with this sudden appearance of cool, damp weather that I realized that Alyssa and Ryan are into their third year of wearing the same hoodies – I’d say it’s time for an upgrade!

I’ve checked around at Target, Kohls and TCP, but I think I really like some of the kids hoodies that Aeropostale has. It’s funny, I’ve always classified Aeropostale as a trendy/preppy store that only carried clothing for teenagers and young adults, but as it turns out, they have a great selection of apparel for kids, too!

Want to check out Aeropostale? Shop now and save $10 off of your purchase of $50 or more! This is an in-store only coupon, however, so make sure to print the $10 off $50 purchase coupon, and then head to your local Aeropostale!

Today was the first day of school, and I have no qualms admitting that Dan and I celebrated by coming back to our gloriously empty house and having gloriously fulfilling1 morning sex. It’s rare that we’ve had sex in a house with no kids. Granted, both of the kids were in preschool last year and the year before, but the time available to us was so limited and we were often busy with other things, so yeah… But now? Eight available hours a day, five days a week2? LET’S GET IT ON. *bow-chicka-wow-wow*

With that said, when it comes to our (and my!) playtime, I’m all about EdenFantasys. This online sex shop has everything I could possibly want when it comes to adult products: toys, lubricants (I’m a big fan of Good Head Gel, FYI), and plenty of lingerie and candles. Believe it or not, candles are probably the items I purchase the most from EdenFantasys. I’m a big fan of the entire line of Afterglow candles from Jimmyjane. What can I say? They smell AMAZING!

Interested in checking out EdenFantasys yourself? Use promo code ES2 to save an instant 15% on your order! Whee!

I may be a mother, but despite having a six year old daughter, a five year old autistic son and now a sixteen year old brother to look after, I still make sure to have plenty of time for my husband and I, and for myself. Sex and intimacy are very important in any relationship, and are especially important in relationships where external factors like families, children, stressful jobs, busy schedules, etc., can cause the physical aspects of your relationship to take a seat on the back burner at times.

EdenFantasys is a great online adult retailer to check out if you’re interested in romance or intimacy products to enhance or even revive your sex life. Great starter items include their extensive line of massage kits (many come with a variety of items to help you set the mood and keep things going), their massage candles (my favorite is Jimmyjane’s Afterglow, and lingerie. Ready to play with some toys? Check out EdenFantasys’ great collection of adult toys – many different sizes and types with plenty of features to offer. And for solo play, be sure to check out the collections for him and her.

Whether I’m shopping for myself, my husband or my children, one thing I’ve found to be true 100% of the time is that the right fit and size can make all of the difference between a great look and a not-so-great look. A great look is provided by clothing that is fashionable and stylish, and fitted just right – not too snug, but not too loose, either. Not-so-great looks happen when clothes don’t fit right or look good.

If you’re a man looking for clothes that’ll fit your large frame, you’ll want to check out King Size Direct.

In December of 2004, I knew exactly what I was getting my then six year old brother: Super Mario themed stuff. I knew he loved Super Mario, so for Christmas Dan and I gave him a Gameboy Advance (with a Super Mario game, of course), a Mario Kart clock radio (purchased off of eBay, of course; that site is great for that kind of stuff), and a white turtleneck with a snazzy Super Mario design on it. The turtleneck cost just $10 at Walmart, and the design itself was free – I just had to purchase a $7 pack of iron-on transfers and a $10 iron in order to take the printed design and apply it to the turtleneck. Needless to say, my brother had a very Merry Christmas, and to this day will sometimes bring up that turtleneck and how much he loved it.

These days, however, I’ve moved beyond do-it-yourself custom t-shirts in favor of the professional, high quality designs you can get online. InkThread is a great example of a site where you can go to get custom designs on t-shirts. Whether Christian T shirts are your thing or you’re looking for a rock & roll design for your husband or a kid-friendly design for your nine year old, InkThread.com has it. You can choose from thousands of great designs or upload your own. Then, simply pick out the type of apparel you want to put your design on — t-shirts, hoodies, pants, hats, tote bags, etc. — and you’re ready to go!
